Quizzes in your learning platform

oQuiz uses LTI 1.3 and SCORM 1.2, the standards supported by Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone and most other learning platforms.

Two ways to connect

The same quiz and the same rules, whichever you choose.

  • LTI 1.3. You connect the platform and oQuiz once. Learners open the quiz in the course, and the score goes back to the gradebook.
  • SCORM 1.2. A package you upload to the platform. When the quiz is finished, the platform gets the status and score.
  • No account for learners. The platform sends their name and an ID. That's all oQuiz needs.

The platforms

How to add the quiz to your platform.

  • Moodle. Tested end to end in Moodle 5.3, both with LTI 1.3 and as a SCORM package.
  • Docebo. Docebo supports both LTI 1.3 and SCORM 1.2. You upload the SCORM package as training material.
  • Cornerstone. Cornerstone supports SCORM 1.2. Add the package from oQuiz and Cornerstone gets the status and score.
  • Other platforms. Tell us which platform you use and we'll help you connect it.

What stays with oQuiz

The platform opens the quiz and gets the result. Everything else stays with us.

  • The questions and answers. The platform gets the status and score, never the questions or the answers.
  • The assignment's rules. The number of attempts and the pass mark apply whichever way learners come in.

The details about Docebo and Cornerstone come from their own documentation, read in October 2026. We've tested Moodle 5.3 ourselves.

FAQ

Will it work with our platform?

If your platform supports LTI 1.3 or SCORM 1.2, as Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone and most others do, you can add the quiz there. Tell us which one you use and we'll help you connect it.

Which version of SCORM should we choose?

SCORM 1.2. Moodle, Docebo and Cornerstone all support that version.

Do learners need an oQuiz account?

No. They open the quiz from the course, and the platform sends their name and an ID.
