A ticked box doesn't show what anyone has learned

oQuiz shows the share of correct answers per question and area, so you can see where to follow up.

After the test, you know what stuck

And what needs another go.

  • Gaps the same day

The share of correct answers per area and question, with what needs repeating at the top.

  • Follow-up only where it's needed

Spaced review after 7 and 30 days covers the questions each person missed.

  • Nothing new for participants

They get a link that opens on their phone or computer, with no account or app.

  • Forms in the same tool

Course evaluations, NPS and surveys go out the same way as your knowledge tests.

  • Questions that keep up

When a document changes, Sources suggests new questions.

  • Progress over time

The first attempt next to the result after 30 days, area by area.

Three steps

From your material to the follow-up.

From your own material Paste in a text, pick a PDF or start from a template. oQuiz AI suggests questions and explanations, and you review everything before it goes out.

Example: a PDF of the AI tools policy turned into questions to review.

Your material changes

Your knowledge tests keep up.

Connect a web page or a document in SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or Confluence. When the source changes, you get suggested questions, review them and decide whether participants get a follow-up.

Example: a linked source with a change waiting for review.

What they know

And how sure they feel.

The knowledge test measures the answers, and the self-assessment shows how confident participants feel. You see both for the group, and a row only appears once at least five people have answered.

Example: the share who feel confident next to the share who answered correctly, shown separately.

Gather everyone around the screen

The answers come from their phones.

Run a live session at the meeting or on a training day. Up to 500 participants answer on their phones.

Example: a question on the screen with the answers spread over four options.

FAQ

We already have a learning platform. Does oQuiz work with it?

Yes, with SCORM or LTI, and the result goes back to the platform. It's included in the license.

How do we know the AI's questions are right?

The questions come from your own material, and nothing goes out until you've reviewed it. You can edit every question and explanation.

Is the AI trained on our material?

No. Your material is never used to train AI, and the text oQuiz AI reads is normally deleted within 30 days.

Can we see each person's results?

Yes. Whoever sends out the test sees each participant's results, so you can follow up. Comparisons and overviews only show groups, and nobody else sees a participant's self-assessment.

Can we prove that everyone has taken the test?

Yes. You see who has finished and can download the results, and a course can issue certificates that can be checked with a code.

Where is the data stored?

Accounts, results and reports are stored in the EU, and our data processing agreement is at oquiz.app/dpa. When oQuiz AI writes questions, the text goes to Anthropic in the US under the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Do participants need an account or an app?

No. They get a personal link and answer in the browser.

How long does it take participants?

That depends on how many questions you set. They answer on their phone or computer, and spaced review only covers the questions they missed.

What's free?

Creating knowledge tests, sending them out and seeing the results. Participants never pay.

What does the license include, and what does it cost?

oQuiz AI, spaced review, progress over time, integrations, SSO and your branding. The license is $349 per host per year.

Can we run course evaluations and surveys?

Yes, with Forms: scales, NPS, free text and choices. Send personal links or an open link with a QR code.
