How to connect

The details
For your IT team. Permissions, tokens and disconnecting
- One workspace per organisation, and only the admin can connect it
- Every request from Slack is checked against its signature and timestamp
- The bot's token is stored encrypted
- Email addresses are only used for matching and are never stored
- Disconnecting deletes the token and everything stored about the workspace
FAQ
Is it included in the licence?
Yes. The integration is included in the Business licence, and whoever posts the quiz uses their licence.
Do colleagues need an account?
No account is needed to answer. For /oquiz, each person links their account once.
What do others in the channel see?
The message and the summary. Answers and links are only visible to the person who taps.
Does it work in Microsoft Teams?
Yes, with the same messages, reminders and summaries.
Can we disconnect it?
Yes, at any time. The token is revoked and everything stored about the workspace is deleted.
